Our story began with six independent community banks that came together to build what is now Foresight Bank: German American State Bank, State Bank (Freeport), State Bank of Davis, Northwest Bank of Rockford, State Bank of Herscher and Lena State Bank.
While our organization and brands have evolved over time, each of these banks played an important role in shaping who we are today. Their histories, relationships and commitment to community banking remain part of the Foresight Bank story.
