Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

June 8, 2020

We are excited to announce our lobbies will reopen Monday, June 8! Please note our safety practices that we have put into place to protect our customers and employees.  We do encourage you to continue to use our drive up, ATMs, and online & mobile banking services whenever possible. We also ask that you continue to call ahead to schedule an appointment if you need to meet with a loan officer or personal banker. We thank you for your continued patience and understanding during this time to keep you and our communities safe!

Starting today all visitors are required to wear a mask inside the bank.  If you don’t have one we will be happy to provide one for you!  As a reminder, our lobbies are closed to the general public but are allowing one visitor into a branch at a time. Please make an appointment or call ahead before meeting with your banker.

Please be patient with our employees. For the safety of everyone we will be asking the below questions prior to having you enter the building:

    1. Have you been in contact with anyone you’re aware was exposed to or tested positive for COVID-19?
    2. Are you currently experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19?

If you answer yes to the above, then access will not be permitted.  PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THE BANK IF YOU ARE FEELING ILL.

All of our drive-thru lanes remain open at each location. We suggest using the second or third lanes, when available, for basic transactions and faster service.

Please do not be offended if you see us sanitize the area after you leave. Our current procedure is to disinfect anything a customer has touched each time a customer leaves and on a scheduled basis. This includes; ATM, drive-thru tubes, pens, counter tops, door handles, etc.

Make sure to read the signs at each location and visit our website or facebook page for our current visitor procedures.

Thank you!

We have heard the concerns some of our Kasasa customers have in regards to meeting the 12 debit card transaction qualification this cycle and therefore not earning your rewards. Rest assured, we have a solution!
Since we are encouraging you to abide by the stay-at-home order, which may affect how frequently you use your debit card, we’ve decided to change the qualifications to earn rewards this cycle to not include 12 debit card transactions. On April 15th, the rewards you earned for the previous cycle will be based on only two qualifiers: 1) having at least one ACH transaction post and settle and 2) be enrolled in eStatements through our online banking service.
We will be making this change to the qualifications for this CURRENT CYCLE, which began on March 18th and will end on April 14th. We hope life resumes to normal in the coming weeks, which would mean our qualifiers would go back to including 12 debit card transactions each qualification cycle. However, we will continue to monitor events, and our decisions will be based on a monthly basis.
As a reminder, there are multiple ways to bank safely during this time. Visit for information on our electronic services.
If you have any questions, please contact us at [email protected] or by contacting your local branch.

We closed our lobbies at noon on Tuesday, March 17, 2020 and per the Governor’s stay-at-home order, our lobbies will remain closed until further notice. If you need to access your safe deposit box or meet with a personal banker or loan officer, you must make an appointment. We will allow only one customer into our lobby at a time.

Our drive-up windows will remain open for normal banking transactions and our bankers will continue to be available to provide financial advice over the phone.
